INGREDIENTS

    Salad

  • 0.25 head curly kale
  • 0.5 mini cucumbers
  • 0.5 mandarin oranges
  • 0.06 cup LWI pickled onions
  • 0.25 avocado
  • 0.25 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Citrus 'No Soy' Vinaigrette

  • 0.5 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 0.25 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.25 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice 1 large wedge
  • 0.25 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 0.25 tsp freshly grated garlic 1 clove
  • 0.25 tsp honey
  • 0.06 cup toasted sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Salad

  • De stem and wash kale thoroughly
  • Finely chop washed and dried kale
  • Peel mandarins and separate
  • Dice avocado and cucumber
  • Arrange salad and garnish with pickled onions and toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

  • Using a whisk, combine all ingredients except sesame oil
  • While whisking, slowly add in sesame oil
  • Drizzle over salad and enjoy
