INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 cups of broccoli florets (3 heads)
  • Dressing

  • 0.13 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 0.13 cup coconut aminos
  • 0.5 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon honey
  • 0.13 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Plunge broccoli florets into boiling water and boil for 2 minutes
  • Drain and place in ice bath for 1 minute (large bowl of ice water)
  • Once cool, transfer to paper towel and let dry for 20 minutes
  • In a bowl combine dressing ingredients, add broccoli florets and let marinate in the fridge until ready to eat.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and crushed red pepper
