  • 4 english cucumbers, cut lengthwise, seeds scooped out and cut crosswise into crescents
  • 1 sliced avocado, added last
  • Dress cucumber with:

  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Gently combine with avocado
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, picked onions (or raw) and cilantro
