INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Spirulina Pizza Crusts
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 peeled and thinly sliced shallot
  • 0.5 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms (shiitake, button, baby Bella)
  • 0.5 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • In a lidded saucepan, add olive oil, shallot, herbs, tomatoes, mushrooms and broccoli and sauté over medium head for 3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and cover with lid
  • Let cook for 3 additional minutes.
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, place pizza crust and top evenly with tomato medley.
  • Cook on middle rack for 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle with Sugar Free Balsamic Glaze

Sugar Free Balsamic Glaze

  • Bring to a boil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Reduce to low and allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes until thick.
  • Let cool until ready to use.
