INGREDIENTS

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to the instant pot and stir to combine
  • Seal lid (Be sure to turn valve to seal)
  • Pressure cook for 15 minutes
  • Carefully release pressure
  • Shred using two forks
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro
