INGREDIENTS

  • 0.75 boneless, skinless chicken breasts certified humane, organic
  • 0.5 tbsp lime juice 1 lime
  • 0.25 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp raw honey unrefined, raw and local is best
  • 0.25 tsp garlic seasoning
  • 0.03 tsp black pepper
  • 0.03 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pat dry chicken breasts, trim fat, cut into cubes and set aside
  • Using a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, mustard, honey, seasoning and olive oil
  • Add chicken cubes to mixing bowl and stir to coat
  • Place cast iron skillet on skillet without turning on the heat
  • Add chicken cubes to the pan and turn to medium high heat. This method ensures the best crispy browning
  • Cook for 4 minutes each side
  • Transfer to bowl and garnish with lime wedges and sprinkle of flaky sea salt
