  • Marinade

  • 0.06 cup lemon juice (1 large lemon)
  • 0.25 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 0.03 teaspoon salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 0.5 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 0.25 clove of minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 lemons, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Marinate salmon cubed for ten minutes
  • Skewer salmon cubed and lemon slices
  • Grill at 400 for 4 minutes each side
