INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cup chickpea flour
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried seasoning (Italian, basil or oregano)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt and dried seasoning.
  • In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat
  • Pour batter in to fill pan (like a large pancake)
  • Cook for 3 minutes on each side
  • Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet to add toppings.
