INGREDIENTS

  • 0.25 pound ahi tuna
  • 0.25 egg or flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax seed with 2.5 tablespoons water - let sit for 3 minutes until egg like in consistency)
  • 0.5 garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 0.06 cup chopped green onions (any onion will do)
  • 0.75 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 0.5 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 0.25 tablespoon almond flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a food processor, dice tuna into fine chunks
  • In a bowl mix together diced tuna and all other ingredients
  • Form into patties
  • Using a grill or grill pan, heat to 400° or medium-high heat if using stovetop/grill pan
  • Cook for 3 minutes each side
  • Serve with Parsnip Fries
